All a Girl Wants comments on the hypocrisy of the outdoor industry. When diversity is encouraged, companies jack up prices even further. When safety is enforced, women are told to not go alone and carry protection. Truly, All a Girl Wants is an inclusive outdoor space where she and others of marginal groups are safe, welcome, and allowed to adventure.
Addie Haynes is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Art Education at the University of North Georgia. She enjoys teaching the history of Appalachia through arts and crafts. In her free time, she enjoys making pottery and woodwork, and she is a proud member of the outdoor community of North Georgia. She lives with her boyfriend Grant and their dog Lula in Dahlonega.
