100 Seconds To the End was made on Adobe Procreate on an iPad. Inspired by Pop art, Pop-era album covers, music, and current social problems, Vigil made an album cover about the end of the world. He first planned to create a painting and made sketches on paper, but he knew that digital media were better suited for the effects he wanted to achieve. In the end, the sketch and the digital illustration turned out very differently. Vigil has always been interested in the universe, music, and in contemporary social problems. He combined these interests to make this illustration.
Cristian Vigil is earning a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. He was an intern at the University of North Georgia Department of Visual Arts, where he helped design graphics for social media posts and newsletter publications. He also took part in the student art exhibition Bodies of Water in 2019 and in the online student exhibition Open-Minded in April-May 2022, where he won the award for Best in Illustration.
